Overview
End-to-end UI/UX design for an Australian proptech platform covering property search, financial calculators, conveyancing, home loans, and landlord management in one unified system.
Problem
Wurley set out to disrupt the Australian real estate market by combining property search, selling, renting, home loans, and conveyancing into a single platform. The challenge was immense: designing a cohesive user experience across radically different user types including buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, agents, and partners without creating confusion or cognitive overload. Existing real estate platforms like Domain and REA Group had fragmented these services across separate tools. Wurley needed a unified design system that made complexity feel effortless.

Solution
Designed a comprehensive multi-persona UI/UX system in Figma spanning the entire platform. Architected distinct user journeys for six user types, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, agents, and partners, each with tailored dashboards, navigation flows, and conversion pathways. Designed four interactive financial calculators including a commission savings calculator, rental income calculator, home loan deposit calculator, and RBA rate change simulator with dynamic inputs and real-time outputs. Delivered full design system, component library, and responsive prototypes across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
