Oehmen
Overview
Full UI/UX redesign for a German industrial machinery relocation specialist — creating a bilingual, credibility-first design that converts procurement managers across Germany and Europe.
Problem
Oehmen's existing site failed to communicate 30 years of heavy industrial expertise to procurement managers evaluating high-stakes machinery relocation projects. No equipment specifications, no load capacity data, no project proof — critical trust signals completely absent. A German-only experience cut off international buyers entirely. Poor visual hierarchy, zero conversion architecture, and no structured enquiry flow meant serious B2B decision-makers couldn't verify capabilities quickly — costing Oehmen tenders before competitors even got shortlisted.

Solution
Conducted full UX audit and mapped buyer journeys for three industrial decision-maker personas — plant managers, procurement teams, and project engineers. Designed a bilingual DE/EN design system in Figma — industrial-dark visual language, scroll-triggered animations, and hover interactions across all breakpoints. Restructured information architecture surfaced equipment specifications, load capacities, and project evidence within one click. Delivered fully interactive prototype, component library, and pixel-perfect developer handoff package ensuring precise implementation throughout.
